2. ELIMINATE REFINED AND PROCESSED FOOD, and this probably means 80% of your diet. Exchange boxed foods with fresh produce and lean proteins. If the ingredients list has more than three ingredients, don’t buy it.
3. INCREASE YOUR FIBER INTAKE, this dose NOT mean Metimucrap…which is loaded with chemicals, instead choose FLAX MEAL, which will provide you essential fatty acids like omega 3, which will raise your HDL cholesterol, killing two birds one stone. Other choices are SALBA, CHIA SEEDS, whole grains like QUINOA, BROWN RICE…..if you want something you can drink MYOGENIX makes an excellent fiber that also provides 450mg of digestive enzymes which leads us to

6. NIACIN, it wasn’t too long ago that doctors were prescribing niacin to instantly lower triglyceride levels, now with the popularity of Statins, doctors flip flop away from it…….Niacin AKA Vitamin B3 not only helps with cholesterol but it helps eliminate the bloodstream of toxins. It increases blood flow and help your body clean itself.
7. TAKE A HIGH QUALITY FISH OIL, coupled with red yeast rice, niacin and dietary changes you will be amazed how your levels could balance out in 30 days.
8. GET OFF THE COUCH, exercise is the single best thing to lower blood pressure cholesterol and improve your health overall.
