There are literally thousands of sports nutrition products on the market. We know. We did the research. So, in the abyss of proteins, pre-workouts, and muscle builders, what makes a product stand out? Is it the formula? Each brand will tell you their pre-workout is going to provide you energy like no other, or that their protein is the best tasting and greatest for muscle support. But if you look at the ingredients on the label, they are all the same. The only difference you’ll find is in price point, and to be honest, cheaper is NOT always better when it comes to your nutrition. We need to fuel our bodies with the “good stuff,” because what we put in is exactly what we’re going to get out of it. Can you fuel your body on a burger off the dollar menu? Sure. But how far will it take you? The same goes for supplementation. We supplement because we CAN’T get all the nutrition we need from food alone. If you buy supplements because they are cheap, you can expect the same outtake you got from that burger.
