Shipping Destinations and Rates
We currently ship to all 50 states in the United States. Orders shipping to the contiguous U.S. qualify for free shipping when the order subtotal is $49 or more. Orders below $49 ship for a flat rate of $6.95. For shipments to Alaska and Hawaii, a flat shipping rate of $9.95 applies to all orders.
Processing and Handling Times
All orders are fulfilled from our warehouse in Queens, NY. Under normal conditions—meaning no backordered items, payment authorization issues, or undeliverable addresses—most orders process and ship within 1–2 business days (Monday through Saturday). If a defect or delay arises with your order, we will notify you promptly. Please note that “processing” refers only to the time it takes us to pick, pack, and hand your package to the carrier; it does not include transit time.
Order Cutoff
To honor our 1–2 business-day processing commitment, please place orders by 2:00 PM Eastern Time (Monday through Saturday). Orders placed after 2:00 PM ET or on Sunday will begin processing on the next business day.
Transit and Total Delivery Time
We process and fulfill orders Monday through Saturday, with a standard handling time of 1–2 business days. After your order ships, delivery time depends on the destination and shipping carrier (USPS, UPS, or FedEx). For customers in the contiguous United States, the estimated delivery window is 3–8 business days from the date of order placement, which includes 1–2 business days for handling and 2–6 business days for transit. For orders shipping to Alaska and Hawaii, the estimated delivery timeframe is 6–14 business days, which includes 1–2 business days for handling and 5–12 business days for transit. All delivery timeframes are based on business days and may vary depending on carrier performance, destination, and the time the order is placed.
Order Modification, Cancellation, and Shipping Updates
If you need to modify or cancel an order, please contact us immediately at service@naturalbodyinc.com or 718-323-9300. Once your order has left our warehouse, we may be unable to make changes or cancellations. If you need to change your shipping address after the package has shipped, please contact the carrier directly. While carriers sometimes reroute in-transit packages, we cannot guarantee address changes once the shipment is in their hands.
If your package is returned to us due to an undeliverable address or delivery refusal, we will contact you to confirm whether you'd like it reshipped. In these cases, we’ll cover return shipping for the original item, but you may be asked to pay a new shipping charge for resending.
If you do not receive your order, notify us immediately so we can open a claim with the carrier and resolve the situation on your behalf.
Shortages or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives with a defect, damage, or incorrect item, please notify us within 72 hours of delivery. Once we verify the issue, we will promptly ship a replacement at no cost or issue a full refund for the affected item(s).
If you ordered the wrong product (e.g., wrong flavor, size, or variation), or simply wish to return an item, we accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original packaging. We provide free return shipping labels for all returns, regardless of reason, and we do not charge restocking fees.
Your refund will be processed within 3 business days of receiving the returned item.
To maintain fairness, we reserve the right to limit returns from customers who abuse our return policy, such as by initiating repeated or excessive no-fault returns.
Ordering Disclaimer
All initial order confirmations are generated automatically and do not guarantee acceptance. Natural Body Inc. reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order at any time and for any reason, including billing discrepancies or inventory issues. We accept PayPal, Venmo, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and more. If your order is canceled, it may be due to payment authorization failure or a backorder situation at the card-issuer level. If you believe your order was canceled in error, please contact us immediately so that we can investigate and, if appropriate, reinstate your order.
