Shipping Information and Policies

Where do we ship to?
We ship nationwide within the US, including Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico, as well as to military APO and FPO addresses. Orders over $49 enjoy everyday free shipping (excluding Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico). Flat-rate shipping (orders under $49) is $6.95 for the lower 48 states and $9.95 for Alaska and Hawaii (any size order). For APO/FPO addresses, orders over $99 ship free, and the flat-rate is $6.95 for orders under $99.
Delivery Times
The expected transit time of your order depends on where you’re located, with service to the NYC Tri-state area as quick as the next day. Shipments to the west coast may take longer, depending on the carrier. Carrier delays, though rare, do occasionally occur. The vast majority of all deliveries will occur between 2-5 biz days. We ship primarily with USPS and UPS.
Processing and Handling Times
We ship from our original warehouse in Queens, NY. Most orders process and ship within 1-2 biz days (often less!), assuming there are no defects with the order (e.g., backordered item, payment issue, undeliverable address, etc.). If such a defect or delay occurs, we will contact you promptly. Remember: the delivery times referenced above refer to the time in transit (package is in possession of the mail carrier) and don’t include the time it takes to process, pack, and ship your order (package is in our possession or has not left our building yet).
Order Modification, Cancellation, and Shipping Updates
If you need to modify or cancel your order, don’t stress. Get in touch with us as soon as possible and we can process your request. But go quickly: once your order is no longer in our possession, no changes will be possible. If you need to change your shipping address after your order has shipped, this request should be made to the carrier directly. Such adjustments are not always possible, but the carrier has a greater ability to influence packages in their possession than we do. If you did not receive your order, please notify us immediately and we will troubleshoot the order for you. If your order gets returned to sender (us), we will contact you about how to remedy this. We reserve the right to charge a shipping fee in the case of no-fault undeliverable packages (e.g., you entered your address incorrectly).
Shortages Or Wrong Product Received
If your order arrives and there is a defect, please let us know within 72 hours of receiving your package. Once we verify the mistake, we can remedy the situation promptly by sending the owed item(s) or providing a credit or refund for them. If you receive something different than what you ordered (please check your packing slip), kindly refrain from opening the item (unless you intend to keep it). Contact us right away and we’ll swap the defect for the correct item completely free of charge. Please note that we are not at fault for items that you ordered incorrectly (i.e., you selected the wrong product or size or flavor on our site). In the case of no-fault returns or exchanges like this, we reserve the right to assess a shipping charge, or otherwise deduct the additional cost of the return label from the amount of your credit or refund.
Ordering Disclaimer

Natural Body Inc. reserves the right to cancel or refuse orders at any time and/or for any reason, without explanation. Order cancellations do not always mean that we’ve volitionally canceled your order. Orders are sometimes automatically canceled due to billing discrepancies and this is done outside of our control at the behest of the card-issuing bank. Please contact us if you believe your order was canceled improperly.
Right to Modify
Natural Body Inc. reserves the right to modify the terms of this policy at any time.
