Return & Refund Policy

Unopened items sold from naturalbodyinc.com or Natural Body retail stores can be returned within 30 days for a full refund of the purchase price via the original payment method.

Opened items can be exchanged or returned within 30 days for store credit at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to deny no-fault returns (i.e., buyer's remorse, didn't like taste, item no longer needed, unforeseeable adverse reaction, etc.) of opened items.

Products sold under the Clearance header are final sale items and have been priced accordingly. These items are ineligible for return. Please contact us if you have a problem that falls outside these terms.

We ship cans or other bottled liquid products with utmost care. However, we cannot control what happens to those products in transit. We do not refund or replace dented cans; only products that arrive unusable will be refunded or replaced.

Exchanged items cannot be further exchanged, or otherwise exchanged more than once.

Please allow 1-3 biz days for a return or exchange to be processed. Any additional time for a credit to be posted depends on your card-issuing bank. We reserve the right to deduct the cost of return shipping from the refund in the case of no-fault returns.
