Return Eligibility
We accept returns for both defective and non-defective items provided that all returned products are new only and in their original, unopened packaging. Only products sold on naturalbodyinc.com or at Natural Body retail locations, shipped to or purchased in the United States, are eligible for return. If an item does not meet these criteria—such as a product that has been opened, used, or damaged by the customer—it will not qualify for a return.
Exchanges
We accept exchanges for both defective and non-defective items under the same terms and conditions as returns. To request an exchange, you must contact us within 30 days of purchase. Each order is limited to one exchange. If the item you wish to exchange is new and unopened, we will replace it with the same product or an item of equivalent value, subject to our available inventory.
Return Window & Product Condition
All new only products in their original, unopened packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund back to the original payment method. After the 30-day period has elapsed, no returns or exchanges will be accepted. Only items that remain in new, unopened condition are eligible; any item that has been opened, used, or otherwise altered (unless it is defective) will be refused.
Return Methods & Return Label
You can return items either by mail or in person at any Natural Body retail location. For mail returns, just email service@naturalbodyinc.com to request your free return shipping label—we’ll cover the cost. Once you receive it, simply attach the label to your package and drop it off. Prefer to return in person? Bring the item and your original packing slip to any Natural Body store during regular business hours. Either way, we make it easy.
Restocking Fees & Return Shipping Costs
We do not charge restocking or handling fees. Just use our free return shipping label—we’ll cover the cost. As soon as we get your item back, we’ll issue a full refund with no deductions.
Refund Processing Time
Once we receive your returned product at our facility and confirm that it meets our return criteria (new only, unopened, and otherwise intact), we will process your refund within 3 days. Following our refund issuance, please allow 2–5 business days for your card-issuing bank to post the credit to your account.
Defective Items
If you receive a defective product—such as one that exhibits a manufacturer’s defect, damage that occurred during transit, or an incorrect shipment—please contact service@naturalbodyinc.com within 30 days of delivery to arrange for a replacement or a full refund. Defective items must be reported within this 30-day window. After we confirm the defect, we will either ship a replacement at no additional cost or issue a full refund, depending on your preference and our available inventory.
