Harness RTD Ingredients:

• L-citrulline (5000mg) is an amino acid that converts to arginine on its way to nitric oxide (NO). Citrulline is reputedly more effective than arginine at increasing nitric oxide due to its better bioavailability, and anecdotally this seems to be true as well. Citrulline also increases total work capacity more than arginine.
• Beta-alanine (3200mg), a documented ergogen, increases endurance by raising levels of intramuscular carnosine after it combines with the amino acid L-histidine. Carnosine then helps clear lactic acid from muscles which delays the onset of fatigue. Similar to L-citrulline above, beta-alanine has better oral bioavailability than carnosine itself, making it more efficient to use despite being a precursor, and is particularly effective for high-intensity activities lasting 30 seconds to 10 minutes. The common tingling sensation associated with use, called paresthesia, is harmless.
• Alpha GPC 50% (300mg) is a vital choline and B vitamin that plays a key role in preserving cell membranes and synthesizing acetylcholine. Known for boosting cognitive performance and memory, it acts as a potent nootropic by crossing the blood-brain barrier. Studies indicate its effectiveness in promoting strength gains and growth hormone production, benefiting both mental and physical capabilities.
• Caffeine anhydrous (300mg of ~350mg total), a popular stimulant, enhances performance, cognition, and energy by blocking adenosine receptors and increasing cAMP levels. Widely renowned for its ergogenic effects—especially in endurance and high-intensity exercise—by the International Society of Sports Nutrition, it reduces fatigue, boosts cellular metabolism, and supports weight management through enhanced thermogenesis.
• ElevATP (150mg), a blend from peat moss and apples, elevates extracellular ATP levels, vital for cellular energy and metabolism. In a 2016 study, daily supplementation with 150mg of ElevATP significantly improved squat and deadlift one-repetition maximum values, along with enhancing vertical jump velocity and power.
• Dicaffeine malate (75mg, yielding ~50mg of ~350mg total) is caffeine bonded to malic acid, providing about 56 milligrams of caffeine per 75 milligram dose. This unique composition leads to a slower and more gradual release of caffeine in pre-workout formulas. This gradual release also helps taper off caffeine's effects, contributing to a smoother experience and assisting in minimizing withdrawal symptoms.
• Huperzia serrata Extract (10mg yielding 100mcg Huperzine A) inhibits the enzyme acetylcholinesterase, which breaks down acetylcholine, complementing alpha-GPC (a source of choline, which crosses the blood-brain barrier and helps boost the brain's primary neurotransmitter, acetylcholine) by prolonging acetylcholine’s lifespan and increasing its activity. Huperzine also stimulates neurogenesis (the growth of new neurons).
