So far so good! - Couple weeks into this product and seems to help. I have noticed hunger will fade a little in between meals and don’t feel as hungry in between meals. It does not suppress my appetite but it really helps curb it. The dosing is a lot of pills and recommended timing is kind of a pain to do if you are active and need to get your meals in. Would definitely recommend for someone who needs to eat less or needs a little help on a cut.
